Welcome to Resonant Vitality

A Different Conversation About Women’s Health

If you’re reading this, one of two things is likely true.

You may already know me—from years past as your acupuncturist, physician, or guide through a chapter of your health journey. Or you may be brand new here, having found your way through curiosity, a recommendation, or a quiet sense that it’s time for a different kind of conversation about your body.

Either way, I’m truly glad you’re here.

Resonant Vitality was created for women who are no longer interested in quick fixes, surface-level wellness advice, or being told that their symptoms are “just part of getting older.” It’s for women who want clarity, context, and care—especially through the transitions of perimenopause and menopause.

Who I Am

I’m Kiné.

I’m a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, with decades of clinical experience supporting women through fertility, hormonal transitions, stress-related illness, and the slow, layered imbalances that often emerge in midlife.

My foundation is Classical Chinese Medicine, a system that understands the body as intelligent, rhythmic, and deeply interconnected. Over the years, I’ve integrated Functional Medicine, allowing me to translate symptoms through modern physiology—hormones, inflammation, gut health, detoxification pathways, and metabolic health.

But more than titles or credentials, what defines my work is this:

I’ve spent my career sitting across from women who were doing “everything right”… and still didn’t feel well.

Women who felt dismissed.
Women who felt disconnected from their bodies.
Women who sensed something deeper was happening—but didn’t yet have the language or support to understand it.

My work lives at the intersection of ancient wisdom, modern science, and real life.

Why Resonant Vitality Exists

After many years in clinical practice, I felt called to create something different.

Resonant Vitality is not a clinic replacement—it’s an evolution.

It’s a space where I can teach more deeply, speak more directly, and support women beyond symptom management. A space for education, reflection, and care that honors the long arc of a woman’s life—not just isolated lab results or diagnoses.

Here, we explore:

  • Hormonal balance in perimenopause and menopause

  • Stress and nervous system health

  • Gut health, inflammation, and detoxification

  • Energy, sleep, and metabolic resilience

  • The emotional and physiological intelligence of the body

And we do it without urgency, shame, or pressure to fix yourself.

What You Can Expect Here

This is not about tips-and-tricks.

This is a place to slow the conversation down—to bring nuance back into women’s health and help you understand why your body is responding the way it is.

You can expect:

  • Seasonal, physiology-informed guidance

  • Clear explanations without oversimplification

  • A blend of Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine

  • Reflections meant to orient—not overwhelm

  • Occasional invitations to deeper work, when the timing is right

At the heart of it all is this belief:
Your body is not broken. It’s responding intelligently to its environment and history.

Why We’re Beginning in Winter

I’m intentionally starting this work in winter.

In Chinese Medicine, winter is the season of restoration. It’s when the body conserves energy, repairs deeply, and prepares—quietly—for what comes next.

That timing matters.

In the coming weeks, we’ll explore topics like:

  • Why January is not the time to push

  • Gentle detoxification and body burden

  • Supporting hormones without restriction

  • Using food as medicine in winter

  • Why rest is essential—not optional—in midlife

These conversations are meant to meet you exactly where you are.

A Gentle Invitation

Whether you’re here to learn, to feel less alone in your experience, or to explore a deeper level of support—this space is for you.

You don’t need to do more.
You don’t need to try harder.
You don’t need to override your body’s signals.

You need understanding, context, and care that respects your intelligence and your lived experience.

That is what Resonant Vitality is about.

Warmly,
Kiné

Next week, we begin our winter series with a conversation every woman needs to hear:
Why January Is Not a Sprint
